Physician-led, employer-focused.

ETS Occupational Medicine was founded by a team consisting of a physician and a Program Director. Together they built a large cohort of companies and employers, both large and small, who trusted them. Their motto is simple: "Don't make promises you can't keep, and keep the promises you make." With a decade of experience working with employers and the issues they face, the team has figured out that the secret to successfully navigating the process is communication and follow up. Let ETS show you what a true program can do for you to take away the headaches of occupational medicine and work injury care.

Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Soiferman is a board-certified internist who has spent his career building and running medical practices in the Philadelphia region, including a multi-site urgent care group where he treated thousands of work injuries. He co-founded ETS Occ Med to give employers what the clinic model could not: a physician-led team that answers the phone, makes the treatment decision, and stays accountable for the outcome.

ETS Occ Med serves employers across Greater Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware, with on-site services available throughout all three states.

Getting started

A 90-day pilot at one site. Then decide.

We do not ask for a multi-year contract to prove the program works. Pick a site with a real injury history, and we will run the full program there for one quarter with a scorecard you agree to in advance.

  1. Review your log

We read your OSHA 300 logs, loss runs, and job descriptions and tell you where the recordables are coming from.

  2. Set the site up

Supervisors get the number and a fifteen-minute briefing. Local clinics are enrolled in the guided network. Modified-duty options are written down.

  3. Run every case

Every injury goes through physician-led team triage. You get a same-day summary and a monthly review meeting.

  4. Score it together

At ninety days we compare recordables, DART, lost days, and time to first report against your baseline, and you decide whether to expand.

Talk to the physician-led team about your program.
